Satalyst Innovation – FedEx Day

Satalyst is holding its inaugural FedEx day in March!  All Satalyst staff will be working on their own pet projects, with the aim of delivering something by the end of the day.

This initiative was first brought to Satalyst’s attention via the Australian software company Atlassian, makers of some of our favourite software productivity tools and highlighted in Dan Pink’s New York Times bestselling book Drive and mentioned in his well-known TED talk on motivation.

Why is it called a FedEx day? Because like the logistics company, participants have to deliver something overnight. Other than this, there are no rules around what people can work on.

Satalyst believes strongly in fostering innovation and see its quarterly FedEx days as a way of allowing Satalyst staff to play with ideas and work together to create something extraordinary.
